Learning is an art and a science. But how many of us are aware of it. Everyone talks about what to learn but how do we remember and recall when needed, hardly anyone talks about. This is what exactly I got to learn— the art and science of learning in this book. The author has given a lot of her real life accounts which are totally relatable, various techniques, exercises to help you remember and recall what you learn. Learning is a skill which needs to be learned and I think books like these should be used by schools in order to teach different learning techniques to their students. This book can be read and applied by students, professionals and home makers to improve their memory. Highly recommended one.

Throughout the book she will take you through the basics which should have been taught in school, roots of learning and help us to learn in a simplified and creative way.
